Ingredients:500gr Asparagus beans 1 lemon 4-5 cloves of Garlic ½ glas of Olive oil ½ spoon of Salt
How to cook:
Remove the strings of the Asparagus beans und cut them according to the length in two or three pieces. Fill the cooking pot with water and put the beans in it. Cook them until they are tender. Get them out of the water with the help of a sieve and place them on a plate. Meanwhile, press the juice of the lemon and crush the garlic, preferably in a mortar. Add the lemon juice, the crushed garlic , olive oil and salt to the beans and mix them. Bon Appetit Remark: The amount of the lemon you use depends on how sour you like your salad.
