½ Tablespoon Salt
½ Tablespoon Black Pepper
2 Tablespoon Olive oil

1 Glass of Olive oil
How to prepare:
Put the flour, milk, egg and salt into a bowl and mix all the ingredients into a batter. Heat a non-stick pan and add some oil to coat. Pour some batter into the center of the pan and swirl to spread evenly. Cook both sides of the crepés. Take the cooked crepés on a plate.
Chop the onions into small pieces. Put the oil in cook pan and add the chopped onions. Stirr the onions until they get a light brown colour. Add the mincedmeat, salt and black pepper into the onions and stirr the mincedmeat until it is cooked.
Fill each crepé with the filling and roll the crepé to cover the mixture, tucking the edges as you roll. Prepare in two separete bowls the eggs and the breadcrumbs. Dip the crepés first into the bowl with eggs and then into the bowl with the breadcrumbs.
Put the glass of oil in a pan and fry the filled crepés until they get gold brown.
