Ingredients:500 gr Green beans 1 big onion 1 spoon tomato pureé 1 ½ glasses of water ¼ glass of olive oil 1 Coffeespoon Salt, 4 pieces of lump sugar
How to prepare: Chop the onions into small pieces. Put the oil in the pressure pan and add the chopped onions. Put the asparagus beans in the pot. Don’t forget to remove the strings before cooking. Cut the beans in two or three pieces. Add the tomato pureé, olive oil, salt, sugar and the water to the beans and turn on the heat in the highest setting, seal the pan and wait until the pressure control pin starts whistling, then cook the beans for another 25 minutes. Don’t forget to reduce the heat. When it is ready, take it to a plate and serve it cold. |
