Ingredients:8 Eggs 200 gr Butter or Margarine Salt 300 gr Joghurt 3-4 cloves of Garlic ½ spoon of Red Paprika flakes ( hot or sweet, according to the taste of the cook)
How to prepare:
Crush the garlic with some salt and add it into the joghurt. Fill ¾ of a large pan with some water, add some salt and and wait until the water boils. When the water starts to boil put the eggs gently into the water and be careful that the yolk is not seperated from the white. When the white of the eggs is done put them with the help of a sieve out of the water and place them on a flat big plate. While cooking the eggs, melt the butter with the red paprika flakes in a small frying pan. Pour the garlic joghurt and the melted butter over the eggs and serve them warm.
