Asparagus Beans in Olive oil  

Ingredients:

500 gr Asparagus beans
1 onion
1 spoon tomato pureé
5-6 glasses of water
¼ glass of olive oil
Salt, pepper
4-5 pieces of lump sugar


How to cook:

Chop the onions into small pieces. Put the oil in cook pan and add the chopped onions. Stirr the onions until they get a light brown colour. Put the asparagus beans in the pot. Don’t forget to remove the strings before cooking. Cut the beans in two or three pieces. Add the tomato pureé, olive oil, salt, pepper , sugar and the water to the beans and cook them until the beans get tender. When it is ready, take it to a plate and serve it cold.

Remark: If you think that the water is not sufficient during the cooking add only warm water into the pot. In case your meal gets too watery, open the top of the cook pan and let it boil until the water is vaporized
